metastatic testicular cancer

Germ cell cancer went to son's spinal column and was eradicated as germ cell cancer. It changed to malignant teratoma which has growing in it all kinds of cells, like epethelial, spindle and mesechymal. This is hard for us to understand and it seems it is rare so not sure how it works. Any one have any experience with metastatic testicular cancer? or what to do? any thoughts welcome.dad

Like a stem cell, they have the potential to become all sorts of specialized tissue so bizarre growths sometimes show up.
