CancerCompass message board discussion started by CaTam on 10/11/2007 http://www.cancercompass.com/message-board/message/all,17001,0.htm Mon, 06 Oct 2008 00:00:00 GMT Mon, 06 Oct 2008 00:00:00 GMT http://backend.userland.com/rss RSS.NET: http://www.rssdotnet.com/ Hello,I've read through many of the posts here, but haven't been able to find a treatment identical to mine.  I went through the Efudex treatment  on my face 7 years ago, and am doing it again right now.   I was prescribed Efudex 5% for 2 weeks, followed by Fluocinonide for another 2 weeks.  After reading so many other posts, I'm wondering if 2 weeks of the Efudex will be sufficient.  My GP (not Derma) prescribed it this time, and didn't request a follow-up, so I'm sort of flying alone this time. Would there be any harm in continuing into a 3rd week?  This isn't any fun, but why go through all the trouble and pain if it's not quite adequate?By the way, thanks so much everyone for the Aquaphor recommendation - it's a lifesaver.  CaTam Thu, 11 Oct 2007 00:00:00 GMT Sorry for the double post.  Could an administrator please delete this second one?  Thank you.
