      <title>who is the best doctor</title>
      <description>I live in peoria illinois&amp;nbsp; my father was told that he has cancer of the bladder. This is the second time . I want to know who is the best doctor . He is going to have surgery on dec. 7 . I feel that they are waiting to long . I would like a second app.</description>

I would like a second app.&amp;nbsp;I had my surgery at USC Norris Cancer Center with dr. Donald Skinner and his team. From my surgery I chose them as the best in the country. For me it was the best decission I ever made. The results have been wonderful.&amp;nbsp;Hope all turns out fine wherever the syurgery is performed. If caught in time the prognosis is always very good.&amp;nbsp;Good Luck&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;</description>
