CancerCompass message board discussion started by anglgrl10 on 11/19/2007 http://www.cancercompass.com/message-board/message/all,18118,0.htm Wed, 20 Aug 2008 00:00:00 GMT Wed, 20 Aug 2008 00:00:00 GMT http://backend.userland.com/rss RSS.NET: http://www.rssdotnet.com/ Hi...I am new to this message board, but I am feeling at a loss.  I have an uncle who is very dear to me that has been diagnosed and living with (if you can call it living - lately) Stage 4 Glioblastoma.  He has always been my superman and I have always looked up to him.  He has decided to stop taking his medications, which I have heard is common among those with this cancer, about 4 days ago.  He seems to be getting more and more mellow and today he told my family that his head was feeling very different.  I don't know how to help or deal with not being able to do much and I guess I am looking for some comfort from those that have gone through something similar or are going through it currently....Anyway, any thoughts, prayers, and communication would be helpful.Thanks! anglgrl10 Mon, 19 Nov 2007 00:00:00 GMT
