lump

hi guys wondering if anyone can help me. had a small lump on my l testicle since i was 15. i am now 29. it hasn't really grown and i am in good health. however i know its not a hydrocele or anything like that - it presents more as what could be a tumor- but no swelling ever or anything like that. do you think it would have spread in the last 14 years if it was anything sinister as i'm informed that testicular cancer tends to spread quickly. i know i should go to the doctors.

A 15 year lump is unlikely to be cancer as cancerous lumps in the testicles usually grow quick. It could be a swelling on the gland line that feeds into your testicles. An ultrasound will likely see what's bothering you so I suggest you visit a urologist soon. Ultrasounds are painless and tell you lots about any problem in your testicle.
