      <description>Using the pump has produced a problem.&amp;nbsp; The blood starts to flow but the base of the penis gets so fat that the flow stops.&amp;nbsp; After that any pumping results in pain.&amp;nbsp; Called the pump company and they said to keep trying but more slowly.&amp;nbsp; It doesn&amp;#39;t work.&amp;nbsp; The base of the penis gets so fat that the flow of blood stops.&amp;nbsp; The company said they have a wider pump but is it possible that the pump makes one&amp;#39;s erection fatter than it ever was?</description>

This is Prostaglandin E1 (AKA Alprostadil) and is the ingredient in Caverject and Edex.&amp;nbsp; If this doesn&amp;#39;t work the doctor may prescribe&amp;nbsp; Tri-mix, which is a mixture of Prostaglandin, Papaverine and Phentolamine.&amp;nbsp; A typical mix,&amp;nbsp; in one bottle, is: Prostaglandin, .05ml; phentolamine, .55ml; Papaverine, 2.5ml; Saline, 1.2ml.Although sticking a needle in your dick sounds scary, it&amp;#39;s not bad especially if you keep your mind on the results . . .&amp;nbsp;Good luck</description>
