CancerCompass message board discussion started by cmarie on 12/8/2007 http://www.cancercompass.com/message-board/message/all,18737,0.htm Fri, 05 Sep 2008 00:00:00 GMT Fri, 05 Sep 2008 00:00:00 GMT http://backend.userland.com/rss RSS.NET: http://www.rssdotnet.com/ I recently had a colonoscopy and was told that I had a nodule in the rectum.  I have been experiencing pain for the past 3 to 5 years but each time I went I was told that I must be under alot of stress. The problem is that after my colonoscopy the GI doctor told me he found a nodule and referred me to a colon surgen.  He also said that he was unable to finish the colonoscopy due to kinks in my colon.  So that same day I had a barum enama xray. It was the worst.  But I am really upset because he just told me the nodule was "not his area"---It is the weekend and I have to work tomorrow.  So now I really am stressed.  He took out a polyop and sent it off for biopcy.  But did not due a biopcy of the nodule. He never said the word Cancer so am I worried about nothing?  cmarie Sat, 08 Dec 2007 00:00:00 GMT
