When to Treat?

I have always had low platelets and the doctors never said a word until I was diagnosed with CLL then it has become an excuse to put me in stage 4 and try to give me Fludarbine. My red cells are perfect and my white cells have stayed the same for a year. I have no infections, bleeding, or fevers. With many other medical problems I have much more too loose than gain from Fludarbine. I don't trust doctors any more.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Cll/fludarabine

I was diagnosed with CLL almost 3 years ago. I had no symptoms/problems other than a lump in a lymph node on my neck, that many doctors had told me was nothing to worry about. I finally went to a new doctor for my annual checkup, who insisted on checking this lump out. As a result, I was diagnosed with CLL, also stage 4. A bone marrow draw was done that confirmed this diagnosis. I started a regimine (sp) of Fludarabine, Rituxin three days a week for sixth months. I am now in remission and for the most part feel great -- only problems seem to be from getting older (I am 53). My doctor has told me that I will most likely die from old age, or complications of old age, rather than CLL. I don't know what your other medical problems are, or where you live, but I would strongly suggest that you see a reputable oncologist in your area, and spend a great deal of time talking with him about your options.

The most important thing for you to do, is ask God to take this burden from you, and know that he will take care of you! A positive attitude and the inner strength you will receive from him will get you thru this. Let your family and friends worry,

Absolutely!

Yes, my dear, and my congratulations on your rejection of the most documented clinical failures in the records, those of the slash/burn/poison your way to health proponents!
It is past my bedtime, so this will at this time be "brief": 3 years ago, while newly able to resume my attendance at the Naturopathic lecture series, the speaker(among the world's most respected and best informed physicians) distributed a handout of 300+ pages, which included a chart showing the amino-acid contents of a number of common foods. It "literally" leaped off the page to my eyes that, if one consumed apple, carrot, celery, and raw sunflower seeds, among the benefits assimilated therefrom would be all 23 amino acids! (All proteins must be fractioned to their amino-acid components b4 they can be used by our cells for repair/building structure; from such sources, that work & energy are saved for other uses!)The very next day a lady who had done quite a favor for me informed me that she had been scheduled for cataract surgery, but the preliminary blood work showed that not only was she anemic, but that her red blood cell production (from all sources!) had completely shut down! Further, she was so anemic, the physicians gave her little hope of survival. At my suggestion, she immediately procured the fruit, veggies, and seeds, proceeding to "snack" thereupon throughout her day. (She reports no other changes were made, tho' of course as she was "snacking" on these, her usual junque-snacks were out of the picture, though her beer & cigarettes were not...) Notwithstanding, in less than a week, her RBC production was quite well re-established, and in less than 2 weeks, all her signs well within the "normal" range, she had her lenses exchanged, and has made other progresses since, never looking back! I still get a hug whenever I visit the shop. (Since then
I took another look, and with celery & the raw sunflower seeds, one may substitue almonds, pineapple, & alfalfa sprouts, and voila, 23 aminos again; the liver will normally store aminos, awaiting the arrival of more. See CTC's comprehensive individualized plans for still more help, and may the Lord bless your health with strength & endurance! The 7-step protocols include exercise, rest, sunshine(15 min+/- per day), predigested aminos w/probiotics & vitamins & minerals, a homeopathic lymph stimulant, pure water(structured, if possible), and pH elevation to above 7.0, and frequent hyperbaric 02 therapy.
The most common error is to treat a stage IV situation with a lesser therapeutic regime. Be wise! Be right! BE WELL! Sincerely, Michael L Morgan, ND
