I was wondering how the chemotherapy can effect fertility and if it does effect it, will his fertility come back after his treatment. Can anyone give me any good info on this, or a personal story about how they overcame fertility issues. Thanks sooo much Cheryl Patcheslovesyou Tue, 19 Apr 2005 00:00:00 GMT Hi Cheryl, I was diagnosed Hodgkins in august 2003. I went through 6 ABVP treatments and radiation therapy. The oncologist told us that infertility would be temporary in most cases. But he advised us to use a condom in the first year after the end of treatment.
