Shaking Hands

My mother was just diagnosed with non-small cell adenocarcinoma, with metastis to several different bones. Last night her hands started shaking, she has not had any treatment yet. They want to give her radiation and chemo starting next week. I can't find information about why her hands would start to shake. Any answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Carol
