Diagnostic Tests

In some of the posting over the summer, people expressed some concern with the accuracy of the CTScan. Does anyone have any experience with testing and/or know what is considered the BEST diagnostic test(s)? I am concerned since my spouse has received the positive news that she is in remission (with a complete response to the chemo). This has been confirmed by two CTScans and a biopsy of her original tumor site. However, going forward I want to ensure that she is using the best testing method(s).Thanks
