This has been devastating news since I really believe it has helped to keep me in remission from my stage 3 ovarian cancer. Has anyone else received this news that is on the Ovarex study?Thanks for any information.  I feel like I just lost my security blanket!Wylieteacher   wylieteacher Thu, 03 Jan 2008 00:00:00 GMT Please check out these websites for clinical trials. The Mayo Clinic has a ongoing "ovarian cancer" trial using the measles vaccine. Yes, I was also on the Ovarex study for 18 months here in CA.  I learned the study closed just before Christmas, and that I was receiving the placebo.  I was told the same results were had by those receiving and not receiving the vaccine.  I remain in remission, however, thank God.  I would love to find another clinical trial but so far have not been able to.  I was diagnosed with Stage IIIC OC in August, 2005.
