I follow up with the dermatolgist and and tests required.  I have signs of sun damaged skin on my face and the doctor prescribed 5fu topical to try first . She said  that the spot  on the bridge of my nose is slightly scaley and may be precancer. My option was to freeze & remove it or the topical.She advised trying the 5fu first. I've only applied it for two days. I saw all the side effects & reactions from the internet . My concern is that I couldn't sleep through the night and I feel nauseated. I feel very anxious.
