How can I prevent the patient who take Torisel to cause bowel perforation again?

Hi, I have a friend with RCC who take Torisel three times. Before he taked Torisel, he has already resistent to Sutent. But, after the 3rd treatment, my patient was caused bowel perforation by Torisel. The MRI data showed tumor cell regression after he taked Torisel. It mean Torisel have good clinical benefits for my patient. But, do you have any good suggestion how can doctor prevent the bowel perforation when doctor treat the patient with Torisel again ?
