sutent & vomitting

My dad recently started sutent. He vomits every once in a while. I have noticed that his vomit rarely contains food. Rather, seems likes its a mix of saliva and clear mucus-like substance. Is this normal or has anyone else experienced this? Please advise.

Sutent makes me sick. I take Reglan twice a day (1/2 hour before breakfast, around 7:30 and then again around 5:30). By taking the Reglan, I avoid throwing up. I also make sure I eat smaller meals and then have 'snack meals' in between breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I sometimes need a snack a few hours after dinner, usually when I'm in week 3 and 4 of the pills. If I don't take the
Reglan, I get sick and throw up similar to what you described. Check with the doctor about getting a prescription for an anti-nausea pill.
