      <title>Tarceva without Rash</title>
      <description>Hi,I am new to this site and this is our story.My father had coughs having sometimes a bit blood&amp;nbsp; in it since March 07 .After following up with the tests he was &amp;nbsp;diagnosed for NSCLC Aderocarcinoma Stage 3B in September 07 .He went through 4 Chemotherapy with Taxol+Carboplatine His oncologist suggestion was to start Tarceva.&amp;nbsp;he started taking Tarceva&amp;nbsp; 10 days ago. there is no rash for him.does anybody have experience with &amp;nbsp;Tarceva working for him/her without having rash???&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>MY mother did not get the rash, and Tarceva did not work for her.&amp;nbsp; However, I have read of several cases on this message board of people who did not get the rash and did have success.&amp;nbsp; One was still going strong after more than two years.&amp;nbsp; Don&amp;#39;t lose hope and good luck to you.</description>

      <description>I was on Tarceva for 3 months and I had the rash on my face, neck, top of my back.&amp;nbsp; My skin on my face was so dry that it actually hurt.&amp;nbsp; The corners of my eyes were drooping.&amp;nbsp; It was just awful.&amp;nbsp; Each week when I woke I would have a different side effect.&amp;nbsp; I have to say that it was the worst drug I was on other than cisplatin.&amp;nbsp; The Tarceva side effects were all skin related.&amp;nbsp;After the 3 months we did the ct scan and it did not help me at all.&amp;nbsp; The tumors grew and only one out of 7 remained stable.&amp;nbsp;I&amp;#39;m sorry to give you such negative news on this drug but that does not mean it will happen to someone else.Good luckGod blessLinda</description>
