      <title>Metabolic enzymes</title>
      <description>Has anyone used metabolic enzymes as well as or rather than protease enzymes? if so which ones? - I have heard of Wobenzyme and xymitol but&amp;nbsp;I don&amp;#39;t know if there is any difference in them.And how many a day?I hope someone out there can give me some advice.</description>

      <description>I am not familiar with zymitol but I have used Wobenzym for quite some time. It was recommended to me by my medical/alternative doctor. I was told I could take three at a time up to
four times a day if I felt it necessary but of course you should check with your own health care provider as to appropriate dosage for your situation.  Here is quite an informative website.
