forming but the cancer is floating freely in mom's abdomen.  Surgery is not an option at this point and only chemo is what the doctor's are offering her to prolong her life.  She's on her chemo break and has not decided if she wants to do it again.  My sister has come up with an alternative treatment of Zeolite and other herbal supplements plus putting mom on an organic diet avoiding sugars, dairy, salt, most oils, fried foods, rice, pasta., red meat...the goal is a raw food diet as long as mom can tolerate it....has anyone tried this?  any results?  I'm nervous since we don't know what will happen from this point forward.  Mom was diagnosed at the end of September 2007....she's gained 5 pounds this last month and looks good but has lost a lot of muscle mass.  She began the new diet a week and a half ago...so far so good...she and my sister will be going to a raw food retreat for two weeks this coming February to come up with new ideas for eating and staying healthy.  I would the Zeolite option but my Mom being old and not into any alternatives, didn't want to pursue it.  I would however be curious to know what results you get.  Hang in there, it is a tough cancer but begins to detox to quickly, which is very common on a raw food diet, the toxins come back through the blood streatm and can make a person very, very ill.  A good ND will explain how to detox slowly and safely.  I know about a product called NuPlus from Sunrider.  It's vegan, herb based and easy to digest.  It gives your body the 5 components needed to create healthy cells.  They are, glucose, fatty acids, amino acids, vitamins and minerals all in a balanced, digestable and absorabable food form.  You can mix it with rice milk or juice in the blender.  There is a video about it.  It is only sold through independant distributors, this way they can sell it as food and still have the high content of herbs in it. Everyone I know that has tried it has benefited from it.  Google it and read Zeolite for less than 10 days at a dose of 10 drops 3 times a day and have already noticed that my knees are 90% pain free.  Also I'd like to suggest one of the most effective and convenient, ways of
