numbness, muscle and joint pain

I went through stage 3 colon cancer a few month back. This is the second time. The first time I was 30. This time I'm 43. I went through chemo treatment FU5 and two others. I worked part time all through chemo. I just completed treatment before christmas. My feet and finger tips got numb. After treatment I jumped right back into full time work. My job is very physical. I noticed that every day I feel like I've been hit by a truck. My muscles and joints are killing me. I really feel like I have never worked out or did physical work before. Is this normal and will this and the numbness go away. If so how long.. Any info for my peace of mind would help.. =]]]

nummy - I was wondering if you have found any relief? My mom finshed her treatment (colon cancer-advanced) 5FU, and two other treatments on 2/20/08 & is suffering extreme, debilitating joint/muscle pain -- location of pain is moving throughout her body.Thank you and my thoughts are with you during recovery.
