GTX : Gemzar, Taxotere, and Xeloda

I am writing to day to get some help. My father has been diagnosed with pacreatic cancer. It has moved to his liver and stomach. Right now he is having GTX : Gemzar, Taxotere, and Xeloda chemo with nuprin shots, he is doing great. Unfourtunatly we don't know what to expect because his doctor doesn't have any other contacts with doctors that are giving this chemo to their patients. He intially started with the stomach bloating after eating and went to the doctors. The doctor didn't know what was wrong. My dad lost so much wait and he went into the emergency room with such pains in his stomach. From there they said he had pacreatitis. Then another doctor came intot he picture (god bless him) and found that my dad had pancreatic cancer, at least from this point we knew what we were fighting. I guess I am writing this to find someone out there that is going through the same treatments to see if what my dad is experiencing is what someone else is experiencing. Just someone else to talk to that was going through the same thing would be nice.
