He was finishing his 4th of (5 week )  therapy program which also accompanys 2 weeks of chemo.          Aside from diarrhea, nervousness,  and feeling sick, he's on fire from his front side all the way to the back, so the doctor has given him a 3 day break.   He's using a special ointment, but apparently it doesn't seem to be enough.  The doctor is young and husband feels as if he's not giving him much to go on and won't address pain meds needed to take just to get through a day! His job involves lots of walking and using a professional vehicle so he can barely sit down.  Anyone else going through this much intensity? carriercat Sat, 16 Feb 2008 00:00:00 GMT
