Yesterday I had my second one. I ask the Dr. if the cemo would give me a headache. He said no,but I've been getting them not real bad ever since I started cemo. I don't take anything for it I just let it go away on its own. I don't like taking pain med. unless I really have to. I did ask the doc. and he said no, but when I go back I will ask the nurse. Sometimes I think the Doc. is in a hurry and he doesn't pay much attention to us.                           Best of luck to you too.                                             Rose         HORSE1 Sun, 24 Feb 2008 00:00:00 GMT I got the same thing as Linda lou: jumpiness and vague headaches and as ;long as I had the corticos ( They gave me tables too for tow days after the chemo ) problems sleeping.  I was told that that was quite normal, so do not worry. All the best,Mietie Mietie Wed, 05 Mar 2008 00:00:00 GMT Hi Rose,I hope you got better information from the chemo nurses than your doctor - the steroids they give us prior to chemo are considered very large doses of steroids and a known side affect of them is a headache - as well as the nervous and jittery or hyper feeling you may get from the steroids - I also had to take 3 days of steroids after each chemo cycle - so my headache tended to last several days - some worse than others - Hope you got some help - Denia denia Mon, 10 Mar 2008 00:00:00 GMT Does everyone get steroids with chemo?
