This evening I saw online where there has been a recall of "some"  25mg Fentanyl patches due to a flaw in the cut of one edge.  I don't know if anyone on this board has been prescribed Fentanyl.  I went to Google and typed in Fentanyl Recall.  It will give you the lot Nos. and Exp. date.
