Onco score 17. No nodes involved. Taking Arithimidex 4 months. Just started some mild hip pain, but my main concern is vaginal dryness. I am 54 and post menopausal. I bleed sometime after intercourse. Had all the necessary vaginal scans and doc said it was caused from vaginal atrophy and dryness. I am newly married and this is horrible. Gyn doc said he would not be opposed to a low dose hormonal cream but onocologist says no. I am miserable. Has anyone found anything else that works. KY is ok but short lasting. What is your opinion about low dose of Premarin or Vagifem. I do feel older on this medicine. Does anybody think this med is worth it for early stage breast cancer?  Thanks!
