Doxorubicin

Hi.... My mother is getting Doxorubicin/Revlimid/Dexamethasone. She already had 3 sessions of 96 hours each and her hair HASN'T fallen out. I have heard that Rev combined with low dose of Dox is the most effective, but what is low dose of Dox? she gets 16mg of Dox per 50 ml of 0,9 Natr Clor. If relevant, her weight is 65 kg.
