Her surgeon found a bit more cancer.  She needs more chemo.  She tried Folfiri and got very sick from it and actually developed C-diff and was in the hospital for one week.  She got very dehyrdated from this and diarrahea was intense.  She is feeling alot better so she just went to see her oncologist and his next plan is to start her on Xeloda next Monday, 3/10.  2 weeks on and 1 week off 4 times is how he wants her to adminster the drug.After reading all the reactions and side effects does anyone have any suggestions or advice?Any information would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!!!  Andge Tue, 04 Mar 2008 00:00:00 GMT
