Hello djr ~~ I have some Revlimid capsules - 25mg - and they are a soft clear capsule with white powder in them. They look like a white capsule with 25mg REV written on them. I also have Revlimid 10mg and they are a soft two toned capsule, with a cream end and a green end and have 10mg REV written on them. I started on 50mg capsules, then dropped to the 25mg and have been on the 10mg for the past 19 months. I understand that there are also 5mg capsules. The product description from my latest package of Revlimid reads: "Revlimid 5mg capsules are hard white capsules with 5mg REV written on them. Revlimid 10mg capsules are hard yellow/blue/green capsules with 10mg REV written on them. Revlimid 15 mg capsules are hard white/blue capsules with 15mgREV written on them. Revlimid 25 mg capsules are hard white capsules with 25mg REV written on them. The capsules are provided in packs. Each pack contains three blisters, each with seven capsules, giving a total of twenty-one capsules per pack." It is interesting that they are all described as 'hard capsules' because my capsules are 'soft' in that when I press them out of the blister pack I often leave a dent in the capsule. I hope that this helps you. Cath

I finished my last dose in December but they were off white with 25 printed on the capsule. Mine came in a regular prescription bottle of 21 pills. I would have thought that they would have come in a pack of 21 not in a bottle since that is how my Thalidamide was sent.

Good Evening DJR;"and i'm eager to hear from Celegene, the company that makes my pills. they should have tracking numbers/electric chips to verify that the pills are genuine and not switched along the transportation route Celegene , to the pharmacy then fedex to me. ....djr"I haven't taken REV in over 6 weeks but when I would receive my shipments I could get a tracking number from the pharmacy and an approximate delivery time, then I had to sign for them. They were shipped inside a sealed box and also within a sealed, large envelop. Don't know if that's changed since then but I highly doubt any tampering could take place.Take care;Kevin

Hi djr~ Good thinking to send them back to Celegene, especially as there have been cases where the drugs have been tampered with. Celegene will soon sort it out. When I was first prescribed Revlimid I got it in plastic bottles that were sealed. Now the Revlimid is coming in the blister sheets of seven capsules per sheet -- not as convienent but much more difficult to tamper with. Given the cost of Revlimid and how powerful it is, safety is paramount. I'll be interested to hear what Celegene tells you. Good luck, Cath

celgene called me. they said they tested the capsules i returned and they tested ok. so i'm to assume everything is safe with them. they said they will call my dr. and email him a copy of their report. which i want to see.but no one ,so far, knows or can explain, the solid white color of the capsules.,which should be opaque white. so i'll continue to ask why.
