Hysterectomy 7 months ago..now weird symptoms

I was DX'd with CinIII last May, had Hysterectomy in Aug...everything was going fine even had a clear pap 1 month after hyster....but now 7 months in..I have been having pain during "hubby and me" time for the last month. Also I have been having a pinching feeling deep inside...and I remember having this same pinching feeling before hysterectomy. Also my bladder will fill like it is full all of a sudden and then stop and go back to normal...not sure if this has anything to do with anything...but I know your body does things to tell you something is wrong. I am HPV positive with the cancer causing strain 16, 18, .I had everything removed except ovaries....so it was a complete Hyterectomy. But because of the pain during my intimate moments..I am concerned. I had the same pain before the hysterectomy and I also have a very tender spot on my muscle the is connected to my left hip. I have made an appointment with my GYNO but it isn't for a month (April..when he told me to come in for my follow up) He told me that they found CINIII high up in the cervical canal after the cervix was biopsied after hysterectomy..but said all was fine. But then again..he also couldn't remember who I was the meeting before the hysterectomy and had to look up my chart infront of me. Kind of thought he should of been on the ball about my issues before he walked into the room..LOL! He even saw a cyst on my ovaries from the MRI and didn't tell me about it. Kept asking if we where going to keep the left ovary...I couldn't figure out why until I saw my pics from the surgery. I asked for pics because I wanted to see my insides for myself. Also he found a SPOT just by my bladder that he lazered off..about the size of an eraser top for a pencil...I asked him what the spot was and he said he didn't know...weird...and yes I am babbleing on..but I just don't talk to my family about this stuff..my Mom has a hard time with anything that involves me..and my hubby is not always listening...he has vidoe game deafness..can't hear a word I say when he is playing..LOLAnyone out there with Vaginal Cancer who can really think about your symptoms if any..please let me know. I know I have a great chance of having CINI, II, III again...but is seems like it is a never ending process.

RE: Hysterectomy 7 months ago..now weird symptoms

Hi dragonfly ( I LOVE dragonflies by the way). I also have CIN III. I go back April 18th. I didn't get the hysterectomy yet. My husband wanted another baby and the doctor said we had time to have a baby if we wanted. I have made up my mind not to. I also had to wait on my new insurance because my husband switched jobs. The doctor said I had enough time so here I am waiting. I did go to one self pay check up two months before the pre-existing condition was lifted from my insurance. The doctor told his student tag-a-long that my cervix looked very atypical. He wanted to do a colposcopy that day, but said it grows slow enough, that I could wait two months. I had already had a colposcopy, and a LEEP (margins not clear, still CIN III). As soon as my insurance restrictions cleared I tried to get in. They apparently never got my medical records from my last doctor and told me to reschedule in a year!! I physically brought them my records to avoid any more problems with that. By the way, if you're not getting a good enough explanation from your doctor.. just call your clinic and ask for medical records. Tell them you want a copy and ask when you can pick them up. They have to give them to you, and I didn't even pay for the copies. It's nice to see all that the doctors notes, and with mine I could also read what the oncologist had to say to my OBGYN.
So anyway, I also have a lot of burning pain. I got what I thought was a bladder infection not too long ago... but my primary doctor called me with the lab results and he said I did have an infection, but not one that would be treated with antibiotics. (I definitely should have gotten a clearer explanation). It seemed to subside so I didn't worry about it. Now it's bad. If I sit the wrong way it hurts. I looked at it with a mirror and my vaginal walls are bleeding. I don't see any blisters like herpes(which I never had). Also the tissue in the opening looks like brains. I see what looks like polyps too. like five of them. I told my last doctor I thought the opening of my vagina was becoming rough, but he just said that a lot of women had folds and different shapes in there. But I know my body and this is not normal. It seems further back is still normal. I think that's all he probably looked at too because of that tool that keeps you open was in the way. Now I'm scared. I also have low back pain. It feels like behind that bone on my butt, not the tailbone, higher that that and deeper in. Sometimes it's really debilitating, I can't even walk on bad days. I got cortizone shots, saw a back doctor, primary doctor, chiropractor, physical therapist, OBGYN, they all have a different theory, but I fear it's something terrible. I think I just know. It all makes sense. To get to CIN III it takes like ten years. I remember after my daughter was born 9 years ago the nurse said I had really high white blood cell count. She said it was not usually a good sign, but I probably had a bladder infection. I didn't. They never said anything else about it. You can also get HPV in your mouth. I don't have any pain or symptoms, except that my tonsils started to shrivel and get holes. Now you can barely see them. Within the last year they just shriveled up!. I have heard the tonsils have something to do with your immune system too...so I don't know. Should I mention that to my doctor?? It's kind of embarrassing.
This could all be related to the HPV, even the pain I'm having in my butt. I was told by my last OBGYN that it couldn't be related, but what if it's deeper that they know, and what if ther's a big growth in there???

RE: finding CIN III high up in the cervical canal,

If the doc didn't explain, the "bad" cells can still be considered on the surface layers when in goes down through the cervical canal because the cervix is like a doughnut. The opening is not a big hole though, it's kind of squeezed shut. The tissue all the way through that hole is still considered surface. It's when the cells start spreading outward that it becomes invasive.

I'm getting a hysterectomy too. I don't want to keep going back to have more and more removed, and just having pre cancer cells in there makes me nervous. I wonder things like.. what if it gets into a vein and travels trough my body..can it?? What if it gets aggressive and goes into my lympth nodes? Why risk it?? I know people who are fine w/ no reocurance, but I don't want that looming question. And how did it all of a sudden become a CIN III when I get checked regularly??? If it takes ten years to get that bad??
