Can anyone offer assistance??

My fathers girlfriend had a mammogram last week and they called her yesterday and said that there were some "dark spots" on the right breast and they need to redo the mammogram for that breast before they can send the results to her doctor. Does anyone know from experience if she should be concerned? She is thinking it's cancer, is that the way it looks in mammogram? I know the only real way to be sure is a biopsy, but I really don't know if she will do that. Do cysts and tumors look the same on a mammogram, or do they look different??Thank you for any help you can offerRenee
