irinotecan and panitumumbab

Hi, my hubby is going to start on second line treatment of irinotecan - a chemotherapy drug combined with panitumumbab which is a monoclonal antibody we believe and pray that it will successfully bind to cancer cells and kill them. This treatment starts on Wed 26th March and then once every three weeks for 12 sessions with a scan after the third. Please God this will be sucessful as his first line chemo treatment of oxplatin and capecitbine proved to shrink the mets to the liver but the bowel cancer returned after his colonostomy. We have read the symptoms can be very tough and I pray to God to give him strength to fight this. Has anybody else been on this treatment for bowel cancer with mets to the liver? If so any results that you could share with us would be appreciated. Thank you. God Bless you all fighting this terrible disease.Dolores
