liver met's knew diagnosis

Hi Sorry to dump on you , but my wife was just diagnoised with bowle cancer and ovarian cancer 4 weeks ago. Then just two days ago, she had the right ovaian cancer removed (football size), and a small section of her bowle re-sectioned, and then was informed by the sergen that she has approx 6 mets on her liver. today the oncologist has informed us that she will start chemo approx 3 to 4 weeks time, and have repeated CT scans to monitor the situation. I am also worried as we live in a small country area with limmited expertise (Australia, Victoria,Gippsland). ////does any one have any advice. scared stiff
