Is it myeloma or MGUS?

My name is Greg. I just had a blood test that showed "abnormal protein band 0.2 H and IGG Kappa monoclonal band present." Is it possible to have these findings and NOT have multiple myeloma? All other findings are normal, and I have no symptoms. I think the best I can hope for is MGUS, but can you have MGUS if there is IGG Kappa monoclonal band present? I'm confused and very concerned. Thanks for any info or advice you can offer. Respectfully, Greg B. in Bedford TX
