CancerCompass message board discussion started by annaanne on 4/8/2008 http://www.cancercompass.com/message-board/message/all,22809,0.htm Thu, 04 Dec 2008 00:00:00 GMT Thu, 04 Dec 2008 00:00:00 GMT http://backend.userland.com/rss RSS.NET: http://www.rssdotnet.com/ HiA close friend of mine was diagnosed just a year ago with Cervical Cancer and underwent a radical hysterectomy.  At the time it was decided that she did not need chemo or radiotherpay as they were so pleased with the results.  A year down the line very suddenly just 2 months after a thorough examination it was discovered that the cancer had come back to her pelvic area with a 8cm tumour and to her liver with a 4cm tumour.  She is now having chemo to try to shrink the tumour but if this dosn't happen what will her options be from here? annaanne Tue, 08 Apr 2008 00:00:00 GMT
