General information

HiA close friend of mine was diagnosed just a year ago with Cervical Cancer and underwent a radical hysterectomy. At the time it was decided that she did not need chemo or radiotherpay as they were so pleased with the results. A year down the line very suddenly just 2 months after a thorough examination it was discovered that the cancer had come back to her pelvic area with a 8cm tumour and to her liver with a 4cm tumour. She is now having chemo to try to shrink the tumour but if this dosn't happen what will her options be from here?
