AVASTIN/CPT-11 Need Advise

My wife and I have been fighting GLIO now for 15 months done all the standard treatments plus two different trials and two surgerys. The last treatments we were on was Avastin/Temadar it at first shrank the tumor to nothing but only last for three months. We have been doing Avastin/CPT-11 now for 4 months but it has not shrank the tumor at all it stays about the size of a dime and my wife stays sick all the time seems like the only time she has any strenth is when she is on steroids. Her red blood cells are off and so is the white and now she is anemick I guess my question is . What can we expect next if this does not work? My wife said she will not have anymore surgerys and I think she is tired of being sick every day. The people at Duke have been great! and I think that my wife would have not made it this far if we would not have went there but its hard to get any info from them as to what is next. It would be nice to just have a list of if this don"t work we will try this and so on but nobody will do thisand
