worried

I am 25 years old and i have been having pain in my lower armpit. the pain comes and go's, and has been doing that for about 1 month now. then i found a lump above my collarbone. the lump is not painful at all. the pain in my armpit is on the same side as my lump. does anyone know if the armpit pain could be related to the lump? has anyone had the same thing? the lump worries me. i also get tierd fast. some days are worse then others. could this be related? help, any advice? thanks for your time.
