The Doctor who operated on my husband is working on this vaccine. She is an amazing doctor and person...info here http://www.uclahealth.org/body.cfm?xyzpdqabc=0&id=502&am Also - this weekend UCLA is having a free brain tumor conference. There will be lectures and seminars on a myriad of issues from clinical trials to caregiver support, consultations, etc. If you can be there, I suggest you sign up! I put a thread on it here a couple of weeks ago or so. For the brain tumor vaccine, you need to have a sample of the brain tumor - we were going to go that route, but there wasn't enough tissue leftover from my husband's surgery and pathology work. Good luck!Gayle C, wife of John C, GBM survivor since September 06
