Research Walks in DE or PA?

Hi I would love to do a walk to raise money for stomach cancer research. I googled it but the only ones I get are for breast and lung cancer mostly. I was wondering if anyone on here knew of any walks/marathons in DE or Philly, and or Delaware County in PA. If anyone can find one and is interested in possibly joining a walk as well let me know.

I have not heard of any and it would be a GREAT idea to start one. Breast Cancer receives the most attention, while I feel that stomach cancer is on the rise because of all the preservatives and junk we put into our body. I really believe that hot dogs, canned goods etc. are the cause of so many cancers like colon & stomach. We need more research done on this because our kids and our kids kids deserve a better more informed life. I'm in California and the only walks I've heard of are Relay for Life, which are great but not specific to the cancer we are dealing with. If you start one, please give me some tips as I'd like to do the same over here.Good luck :-)

Stomach cancer, I believe, does not receive too much money for research because its so uncommon. It would mean so much to me. I also want to do one for lung cancer, as my boyfriends grandfather just passed after a long fight. I want to help people I want to make a difference in this world. I would definatly try to get one started one day, as I cant right now. I work full-time go to school part-time and take care of my grandfather full-time, and Im only 19. When I get my life together and more organized I would definatly try to get one started.
