My family was using me as a tool to get donations me not seeing a penny i had no car an an hour to drive to radiation borrowing a truck with the heater stuck on in june 4 the record the south is hot enough. Trying not to further embarass myself i did not tell mt doctors the stress an situation i was in so they figured i really did not care. It came down to the fact i already had a coloastmy that was reverseable if the chemo an radiation appointments were ment however i ended up in the hos with no amuin excuse spelling i also only have a 8th grade education amune system. In the end my last 3 radiation appt were sched 4 10pm when i arrived at the hos the radiation dept had closed as well i had contracted MRSA which built up as a7 inch cyst around my tumor with very little time to live i opted to have the tumor remove taking my rectom my,colon an leaving me feeling like half a woman. To date i have removedself from my family I have Beautiful 2yr old daughter an wonderful 20yr old son imoved in with my son an xhusband they do what they can for me an my little one. However still no car an very poor healthcare i wonder if everything ive gone through has been for nothing i see my family physician for pain management (whatever) an the surgeon that performed my surgery i really like him but he can only do so much to help. PLease if anyone can send usful info i"d greatly appreciate I just want to live a productive life an have my 2yr old remember mom as well I've been denyed my disabilty 2 times. helpless n south carolina

Go to your local social security office and apply for social security disability, sounds as if you qualify and should help a little financially. So sorry you have so much more to deal with than the disease. Take Care and have hope!

Also contact your doctor about being denied Social Security. Its how they fill out the paperwork that helps you get your Disability. File an appeal with SS office and apply for a hearing. If your doctor completes the paperwork correctly you should have no problem collecting.Best of luck
