Same thing happened to us but somehow our oncologist put a cap on the copay of the drug finally. They got Medco to help us and you can try them too.We pay $100.00 for 3 months supply and free shipping from Medco. I do not have the phone number but go to www.medco.com for help.  Let us know if they help you as if not we can look up the phone number for the company that makes Tarceva. Did you ask your doctor's office for help? Incase you have a different one the number for co-pay help with them is 1-888-249-4918. Anyone needing help ith Tarceva costs call them as they are very friendly and helpful! Medco is great for certain insurances. Genetech will find the right company to help you! We got very lucky, we were at a cancer center that has a non profit pharmacist. He offered my Mom the Tarceva at his cost. He said $300-$400 per month. Mom paid him $300 and she was given the meds. We are grateful. Perhaps you could call cancer center pharmacies and see if you could find a non profit pharmacist.
