Doc. said sleep aids but I don't like that feeling. KY gel  you'll get used to it its been a year for me but its still flustrating.Good luck and God Bless Pam Itsallgood Thu, 01 May 2008 00:00:00 GMT I am experiencing the same.  I had a double mastectomy and am now taking arimidex.  Hot flashes are a b.  They seem to be the worse at night.  I sleep under a ceiling fan at the highest level.
