CancerCompass message board discussion started by Fightingback on 5/2/2008 http://www.cancercompass.com/message-board/message/all,23651,0.htm Thu, 21 Aug 2008 00:00:00 GMT Thu, 21 Aug 2008 00:00:00 GMT http://backend.userland.com/rss RSS.NET: http://www.rssdotnet.com/ I have made a couple of posts over the last 280 days since my mom was diagnosed with GBM IV.  The first post I put up was on August 12th 2007.  My mom was diagnosed with GBM on July 27th 2007.  I am with her right now at the hospital and today we started with just comfort measures with Hospice.  Mom tried anything and fought this evil diease with everything she had.  On April 27th 2008 she was admitted in to the hospital.  Now we are 4 days later and I can only sit by her side and hold her hand.  My heart goes out to anyone who has this diease and that sooner not later they will find a way combat such a formidable enemy.Thank you everyone for your stories shared over the last 280 days.  You are all in my prayers tonight.Speechless,Dan Fightingback Fri, 02 May 2008 00:00:00 GMT Dan,I am so sorry for what you and your mother are going thru.
