Peritoneal Carcinomatosis

Has anyone else had this type of cancer? My
husband has just been diagones. They say no surgery or radiation
available. He could do chemo but it will only "prolong" death for a
while. His bowels are covers in the cancer cells. If someone has had
this, did you have chemo and what was the outcome? He had stomach
cancer before and did chemo and radiation and knows how bad it gets and
really doesn't want to do it again but is doing it for me. Is that
right, should I push that or just back off and let him not do chemo if
thats what he really wants? I am dying watching him, I l ove him so
much. Can anyone offer help?????

There is a chance that your husband could be helped with IPHC surgery. We were told there was nothing that could be done and then we found that there was hope. We have a Journal at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/michellelanham you are welcome to read our story
