She went through a mastectomy. But the cancer has spread. Mum took 5 chemotherapies but it didn't help much. Now, her cancer is filled with tumour.  The lung tumour is making breathing difficult. She has breathing problems, breathing with oxygen tank now. She is too tired to walk over 3 metres. The Doctor said she is too weak for any Chemo. He only knows about Chemo and says there's no hope.   My mother does not deserve it. She lost her sister in the second world war. Then, some best friends and my father. She loves children. When the huge tsunami in Aceh, Indonesia occured, she works tirelessly to comfort many children in Aceh. She cares for refugees. She says, all she wants is to accompany me, her only child. I am so sad right now. I lost my father when I was 9 years old. I am still crying over him at this age of 18. If I lose my mother, it's over for me. She is the only living family member I have.  What treatments can my mother take? yAnna Sat, 03 May 2008 00:00:00 GMT I am not familiar with breast cancer treatments but I believe a second opinion from another oncologist would be in order.  It never ever hurts to get more than one opinion, especially if your current doctor seems to have given up on exploring any other treatment.  Another doctor might offer several options, but either way, you will know you have tried to explore other treatments.  My heart goes out ot you, stay strong and please try to get another doctor to look at your mom.  daybyday Sat, 03 May 2008 00:00:00 GMT Hi- Have you looked into alternative treatments?  Have u started doind research on IV vitamin C and Vitamin B 17 etc.  Not sure what your $$ situation is but also go to a respected alterantive cancer clinic... my dad goes to Oasis Of Hope in Mexico.  But he does all alternative all natural food - no meat -no sugar- no dairy etc.  My dad is Prostate Cancer - and Breast and PC is very similar. Can she drink juices - can you juice for her all organic vegitables.  Go to cancertutor.com and cancerprevention.net/If you need to ask me more questions please reply. Smpal Tue, 06 May 2008 00:00:00 GMT Hi, First of all, there is always hope, so DONT GIVE UP. Doctors are not bad people but like you said, they know of chemotherapy and radiation and drugs only. There are things out there that you and your mother can do. My mom also has cancer and I love her with all my heart. I have researched and found wonderful things and success stories of people sent home to die and given no hope. Look, I don't know if you or your believe in God, but with all certainty, I can tell you He is there for us. I was not a believer, I am a mathematician, and like many of us scientists, I found many good arguments to disbelieve. I recommend that you find a book, its called "the lenguage of God", written by the head of the Human Genome Project, needless to say, a rigorously trained scientist, admired and respected by everyone in the scientific community. I know that you are scared and very sad, but this is your mother's battle. She must be willing to fight, even when her strenght is little. Know that its not up to you, its between her and her loving Heavenly Father. Now, there is a book that you can find in Starbucks, its written by Dr.Norman Walker. Its about the benefits of juicing.I know you are young but somehow get yourself a juicer, a good one. Start making your own ORGANIC carrot juice. Give your mom Organic cold pressed Flaxseed oil, and have her eat raw vegetables everyday. Find the website for Dr. Lorraine Day. She was also given very little hope. Darling, only God knows the hour.  Don't get discouraged. I will pray for you, and don't think for one minute that this is nonsense. Pray with your mother, fight, research, people are dying because of ignorance. Don't give up!!! And don't be scared.   gabriela Thu, 15 May 2008 00:00:00 GMT Sorry to her about your mother!I'm a mother with stage 4 (Breast Cancer.) I'm on Poly MVA for the last 4 weeks.  It's expensive 230 a bottle, but I get mine through Amarc with a 50% off for a year if I follow a trail and send paperwork in everry month. 12 teaspoons a day, 2hours apart mixed with milk 2 oz, and buy coq10  liquid form it help to get it into the cell better.    I hear there are other places selling this but is not the same.  They will send you a form to fill out, but hurry it has to be return in 15 days to get in.  I faxed mine because I had to have all medical records information given too them. I did this through a clinic near the house alot of paper work.  How I found out about this was through the ad on TV about Peggie only 4 months to live.  Cancer treatment centers of America.  But because I do not have insurance I ask for any other treament that are working as trials or herbs and he sent me dvd on poly mva and sucess stories of dying patients that was saved with it. They sent me a place in carson city nevada that uses this with cemo. Most doctors will not tell you about vitiams or eating and juicing with vegetables, and fruit but most stage 4 surviors juiced with a juicer machine and drank veg. juice.  Don't let them feed her sugar at all in the hospital, this can be found in sodas, most everything. This is my second time with cancer it  came back in my oviaries, live,r lung and bone they said to get my life in order too. Doctors!I would use music, meditate, and prayer is the first thing to do. I didn't wait for the questioneer to come I called Armac in California I order 3 bottles and had some of my relatives help me out with more.  I only heard advance cancer higher doses for 4 month then less doses. It seems to be working I feel better and I will know more in a few months.  The down side of all of this is they have me on a hormone supressive, that causes me to have bone loss and breakage now I'm looking for a replacement with vitiams or herbs.  I suggest go to a discount book store, used books and buy books on treatments and what the FDC, AMA, FTC,doesn't want you to know about other working treatments. If I had the money I would be in Mexico right now getting cured. Make sure you mom gets vitimans not from food stores, and read everything you can get your hands on.  Good luck God is there for you, prayer is the food of life. God Bless! MissyT Wed, 03 Sep 2008 00:00:00 GMT You responded to "Pls help, my mother is dying" but I read your reply and am interested in your informaiton.  I had a bi lateral 3 years ago but I  cannot take any of the anti cancer meds (arimidex, etc.) so am relying strictly on vegs, fruits, and over the counter  capsules, cinnamon, green tes, flax seed oil, pomgrnate, blueberry , V 8 fusion, etc.  Does any of this sound familiar or do you have something else?  I am open to any and all suggestions.  So far my tests have all been great, but I want to do everything possible to not have a reccurance  Please reply.
