Mild Dysplasia

Up until the age of 48 I've had normal paps.....When diagnosed the first time less than a year ago with Mild Dysplsia, I was going in every 4 months to have a repeat pap. Until 2 paps come out as NOT changing...it's considered "normal". I am 49 years old and am NOT going through menopause (blood test confirmed that 2 weeks ago). I had a uterine albation done a year ago to blood obessive bleeding that was making me anemic. Worked like a charm....no more periods since the procedure. I am to go back for a repeat pap in August (4 months after my last pap). When at the doctor for my wellness woman ck up, I noticed under the adnormal pap, all was typed in red ink, making me look twice. Doc quickly flipped through the pages so I didn't get a chance to READ what the print was in red. Does anyone know what the level is when MILD becomes Severe? I believe that once you have dyplasia you always have it but the degree of severity changes with the cells advance rapidly. Can anyone shed light on this? Thanks!!
