American Cancer Society Donations?

The American Cancer Society receives donations in the Millions of Dollars every year but we never hear where they have spent the money, let alone what they have discovered. We shouldn't have to request a financial report to find out where the money went and then receive a report from two or three years ago. Shouldn't they be required to publisize their reports on a timely basis? Do they have something to hide or are they afraid if we knew what they were spending the money on they wouldn't get the donations they are receiving!
