After Treatment

Has anyone taken Zeloda tablets?
I have just finished 3 months treatment for
liver cancer. Would like to talk to someone about their health afterward.
What was the after effects on their body?
Do you have gas and bloating of the stomach?
what about back or muscle pain?

After Treatment

Hi sweetie, my sister is on xeloda and she has a lot of joint and muscle pain, I would like to ask you if it affected your memory? Her mind just goes south when she's on that, her oncologist lowered the dose from 6 a day down to 2 a day then we had to lower it again, I would really like to know if you have had that experience it is so scary to watch, I too find myself in the bathroom crying, I don't want her to see me cry that scares her, some nights I don't go to bed I just set up and watch her, she's the only sister I have left and I can't bear being left in this world alone, I'm spilling my guts so I'll hop off, I'm new to this site and vulnerable so thanks to you all that will listen, you're in my prayers

My heart ached for you Tinkerbell when I read your message!!! There are NO WORDS anyone can say that will ease your pain. I know you will give your sister all the help and love that you possibly can give her while she is alive and that is all we can do for our loved ones. I had stage 3 colon cancer and am fortunate to have very supportive children and friends. I know some of them cried when alone or with each other. You will have to dig deep and come up with all the strength you can muster to see your sister through this. Good luck to you and remember there are people out there that will keep you in their prayers. Barbara

HI BARBARA, THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR WORDS OF COMFORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT, I noticed you referred to your cancer in past tense, is it gone? I sure hope so, what kind of treatments did you have? Do you mind my asking what part of the country you live in? I must admit that where I live it seems pretty backwards and slow! I get so frustrated at times! When I see Linda cry that's worse than beating me,o.k.I hush, my husband is on the phone making life more difficult for me, I wish I could run away and get a huge dose of amnesia, gotta go please let me know how you are doing I will be praying for you and if you can remember remember Linda in yours,YA GOTTA LOVE MOST PEOPLE!
THANKS&GOD BLESS
