Metastatic melanoma on leg

I have been diagnosed with Metastatic Melanoma on my lower leg four years after the original wide margin surgery. It has spread to the upper leg but not the lymph nodes or other organs. Had all the tests. I would like to hear from someone who has had ILI (Isolated Limb Infusion) or another limb treatment. I have not started anything yet but will start next week with a topical cream called "Aldara" that boosts the immune system. I had about 20 lesions and some of them are fading but not the ones closest to the primary tumor.
