CancerCompass message board discussion started by Marilyn56 on 6/28/2008 http://www.cancercompass.com/message-board/message/all,25511,0.htm Sun, 23 Nov 2008 00:00:00 GMT Sun, 23 Nov 2008 00:00:00 GMT http://backend.userland.com/rss RSS.NET: http://www.rssdotnet.com/ Hi Diagnosed a month ago with non small cell lung with mets to brain, bones and lymph nodes.  Feeling good, no shortness of breath, no cough, just some chest aches.  After the rad, treatmets giving me taxol, carboplatin, and not avastin unless the mets go down in my head.  Can anyone tell me experience they had with chemo and how they felt and also have they had this same cancer with mets to brain, lymph,bones.  Can you tell me anything  i.e. treatment, options.  I am treating with dr. fidias at mass general does anyone here treat with him.  ThanksMarilny56 Marilyn56 Sat, 28 Jun 2008 00:00:00 GMT
