      <title>tumor or mass, awaiting results</title>
      <description>Hi there, Im new here.&amp;nbsp; I just found out I have a pseudotumor/real mass.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;nbsp; find out in a few weeks.&amp;nbsp; abd ultrasound found it but I need a 3 phase CT to tell me if it is a true mass.&amp;nbsp; Either way Im really scared.&amp;nbsp; Will keep you posted.&amp;nbsp; I just need an outlet, I don&amp;#39;t want to worry my family w/my worries any more than they already are.&amp;nbsp; You guys understand I&amp;#39;m sure.</description>

      <description>It is really hard to wait, and so long!&amp;nbsp; I would urge you to get a copy of your ultrasound report, which may tell you the size of the mass, etc.&amp;nbsp; I have a mass on one kidney that is being watched becuase it is too small to tell if it is a cyst or a solid tumor.&amp;nbsp; Mine has not changed in three years, so it is more likely benign.You might also be helped by joining KIDNEY-ONC, an email support group for kidney cancer patients, and which has&amp;nbsp;members in your situation.&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>Thank you for your reply.&amp;nbsp; I did get a copy of the report.&amp;nbsp; It reads&amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;A possible mass is seen within the mid pole of the left kidney measuring 3.6x3.7x4.0cm. There is no kidney stone or hydronephrosis.&amp;nbsp; Left renal mass may represent a pseudotumor due to prominent column of Bertin versus a true renal mass.&amp;nbsp; Recommend a three phase renal CT to exclude a true mass.&amp;quot;So now I wait...Thanks for your support and understanding.~SwtJean~</description>
