Gtx Resistance-can You go Back to The Drug

I am curius-has anyone found that they have become resistant to GTX and then can use the G again in a new combination, for instance with Oxaliplatin or Carboplatin.

How do you know if you are resistant to the G or the T or the X?

Thank you.
